Hi everyone, I feel so honored to welcome you all to the Handwerk United club! It is amazing how many responses we have gotten so far, and so many people have already started work on helping out! We are loving it, and feel so blessed to be here with you.

Haven’t joined in yet? Don’t worry, you don’t have to. Just being a nice reader is ok too. We want this to be fun for everyone; in fact, it is my priority. Don’t do anything you don’t want to do!

So day 3, we have already been able to do so many things! We now have a Facebook group: Join is if you want, it is fun! Here we talk about what we want to do with this website, how you can help out, what things we are thinking about, etc. It is bilingual, so that Dutch people can feel at home too. After all, me being a Dutchy means that I especially want to feel these people feel welcome!

I have also been working on social media. You can now follow us on Instagram and Facebook! You can find those links at the top of the website. Make sure to like and follow us, and sharing our work would be even more wonderful!

So what are we still working on? Well, many, many things. I want to fill this website with inspiring, fun and beautiful stories and images. I don’t want to do this alone, so we need loads of content.

We are working on setting up mom confessions, and we plan to add lots of inspiring quotes. It is called quote of the day, but we have no guarantees we will actually be posting one every day.

I will also be working on setting up some guidelines for people wanting to write blogs or share images, and I am hoping to include some video’s too. After all, I do have a podcast I want to continue on with! (Sorry, most likely Dutch only, I speak English well, but I find most Dutch people attempting video’s in English cringe worthy, so I don’t think I should try either)

So that is what is going on right now. I am sure I am forgetting loads of things, but that doesn’t matter, we have time! Thank you for being here, and I hope you will be able to find a home here.
